I recently have had life changing events happen to me. With these I have started running again. Oh, how I have missed being "In My Head...Just in my Head". Many challenges can be solved while on the path. Even if sweat pours out, clarity comes so welcoming. This is where I will succeed. Overcoming many struggles this year, has me being very grateful for love, health and family.
